Attendees participate in improv games and exercises that are hilarious and fun but, most important, are challenging. Activities encourage attendees to stretch and move beyond their day-to-day comfort level in an environment that is safe and supportive. Participants will leave the workshop with shared experiences that inspire them to approach their jobs in new, creative and fun ways. They learn to express themselves using their own unique talents and be encouraged to think outside the box when solving problems.

Improv Workshops are led by Sacramento Comedy Spot Owner and Managing Director, Brian F. Crall, and are sponsored by the Arts and Business council of Sacramento and the artists and venues it supports.
